In the midst of central London, a successful Indian restaurant called 'Gaylord' is run by a Londoner of Indian origin called Pinu (Vinay Pathak). A well off businessman, Pinu however, is a very insecure and under-confident man, who views his own life as a string of tragicomic moments. Ever since his parents died in a plane crash, Pinu has lived with his quirky Gujarati foster family …there's Jaisukh Kaka, his wife Kanta Kaki and Rajat, their only son. A simple soul at heart, Pinu has many complexes - a special one being that he is a virgin and has experienced no intimacy with a woman. To top that, his biggest fear is to be laughed at by people… an ever-repeating phenomenon with him. Pinu is quite an introvert and has no real friends…the closest he has ever gotten to a friendship is with his foster brother Rajat, who is quite a contrast to his own personality. Rajat is a well-built and handsome man with a casual air about him; he is also the lead singer of a rock band. Rajat is very fond of Pinu, though is often a source of annoyance to him as he finds Pinu really funny.
After a failed and humiliating experience when Pinu went to India to have an arranged marriage to a traditional girl who finally dumped him at the altar and eloped with her lover, Pinu is broken and disheartened…traumatized to have been the laughing stock of the evening. He returns to London and pretends to his staff at the restaurant that his marriage went well, except that his bride is yet to join him as she is stuck in India due to Visa issues. Hiding behind his lie, Pinu is becoming a pretty depressed guy…lonely, bored and bitter. One day, a young Indian fellow called Kamles comes to his restaurant and asks for a job as a stand-up comedian. Quite thrown off, Pinu initially refuses but finally lets him join as a cook, who also does a stand-up act in the evenings. On the same day, he hires a new cashier - Renu (Gul Panag), a young art student from India, who has a passion for caricatures. Life changes dramatically for Pinu as Gaylord begins to transform… Renu works on the look of the place, makes cheerful caricatures for customers while Kamles is a fabulous cook with a great talent for making people laugh in his acts and soon the restaurant is more happening and the business is much better. But the greatest difference they bring to his life is friendship. There is a visible difference in Pinu's personality now, as he lets himself hang out a bit with them.

Miss March is an upcoming comedy film directed by and starring members of the Whitest Kids U' Know Trevor Moore and Zach Cregger. It is scheduled for release on March 13, 2009.
Eugene (Zach Cregger) and Tucker (Trevor Moore) are best friends in high school. Tucker is obsessed with girls and Playboy magazines, while Eugene believes in abstinence. Eugene's girlfriend (Raquel Alessi), however, thinks she's ready. After she pressures him, he reluctantly agrees to have sex with her on prom night. When the night finally arrives, Eugene gets understandably nervous. Tucker remedies this by getting his friend super drunk. It follows the quest of Street Fighter character Chun-Li, who will be portrayed by Smallville star Kristin Kreuk.The story follows Chun Li's personal history and her journey for justice.The film co-stars Neal McDonough as M. Bison, Chris Klein as Charlie, Michael Clarke Duncan as Balrog, and Black Eyed Peas singer Taboo as Vega. Rick Yune was originally cast as Gen but has been replaced by Robin Shou, who portrayed Liu Kang in the Mortal Kombat films. The film is scheduled for release in February 27, 2009.

The Princess and the Frog is an upcoming 2009 American animated family feature film based upon the classic fairy tale The Frog Princess produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. It will be the first 2D traditional animated film since 2004's Home on the Range and the forty-ninth animated feature in the Disney animated features canon. It is being directed by John Musker and Ron Clements, directors of The Little Mermaid and Aladdin, with songs and score composed by Randy Newman and with the voices of Anika Noni Rose (as Princess Tiana), Oprah Winfrey, Keith David, John Goodman, Jenifer Lewis, Bruno Campos, Michael-Leon Wooley and Peter Bartlett.

SYNOPSIS
The Secret of Moonacre is a film adaptation of the novel The Little White Horse by Elizabeth Goudge. The film, which started filming on 1 October 2007, is slated for a 2009 release. The World Premiere was held at Toronto International Film Festival in 2008.
It stars Dakota Blue Richards in the lead role as Maria. She said her character is very much a lady, which she felt was very different from her debutrole in The Golden Compass (film).
The movie is directed by Gabor Csupo, who also directed the praised Bridge to Terabithia.
The story follows the exploits of thirteen-year-old orphan Maria Merryweather (Dakota Blue Richards), whose sole inheritance from her father is a book. This is no ordinary tome, however – in Maria's hands, its ancient story comes alive. The book chronicles an age-old rivalry between the Merryweather and De Noir families over a set of magical pearls, and as Maria delves into the mysterious tale, she finds herself fantastically entangled in the bitter feud.

Meggie soon finds out that Mo has the ability to read characters out of books. The only drawback is that when he brings something out of a story, something must go back in to replace it. this is how Meggie lost her mother, Theresa (Guillory), when she replaced Capricorn, Basta, and Dustfinger, characters from the book Inkheart.Determined to get Mo back, Meggie sets out with Eleanor to Capricorn's village; however, within a short time of arriving there, both women are also abducted and locked up with Mo. Dustfinger soon comes to the rescue and smuggles them out with a boy, named Farid (Gavron), who was read out of 'Arabian Nights'.
Now, the group of them must find a way to get another copy of Inkheart to send Capricorn and his thieves back into its pages and return Dustfinger to the home he misses so much.

On the surface, this "Other World" eerily mimics her own life - though it is much more fantastical. In it, Coraline encounters different versions of her own life, including off-kilter neighbors and an Other Mother who attempts to keep her forever. Ultimately, Coraline must rely on her resourcefulness, determination and bravery to get back home.

Exposing the story gets the attention of a (male, need I say more?) colleague that she hasn't quite figured out yet. Some drama ensues as she snags the (EXTREMELY hot) guy, and she attempts to pay off her ever-growing debt.
